1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pageel, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Pageel is an open-source content management system interface for Git-based static sites (Astro, Next.js, SSGs). It is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Git provider credentials (API tokens). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/repository usage.

4. Intellectual Property

Pageel CMS is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the Software, subject to the conditions of the license.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall REDD CO., LTD, its contributors, or suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Pageel.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site.
